The check gives you a number and the roadmap gives you an order. Neither can read your contract, know your tender, or tell you which step is politically impossible in your organisation. That is what the call is for.

You bring
Your check result, if you have one. If you do not, we do it together in the first ten minutes. No need to prepare contracts or numbers.

We go through
Your three biggest dependencies and what moving each one realistically costs — in money, in time, and in internal resistance. Plus the question that saves the most money: what you should keep.

Afterwards
You get the notes as a file, even if nothing comes of it. If we are not the right people, we say so on the call rather than three weeks later in a proposal.

What will not happen
No deck, no discovery call with a follow-up, and no selling you one of the alternatives from the directory — we earn nothing on any of them. If your answer turns out to be “stay and renegotiate”, that is a valid result.
