This site is a project of BALANE GmbH, registered in Munich. The managing director is accountable for its contents; the full address, register number and VAT ID are in the legal notice. Corrections and questions go to an address with a person behind it.

From consulting and implementation — not from this site. We are paid nothing for an entry in the directory, run no affiliate links, and resell none of the alternatives listed. If the check leads you to conclude that you need to change nothing, the site has done its job.

Every entry is checked at the source: the commercial register or its equivalent for the parent company's seat, the vendor's own documentation for hosting and licence, the statute or the judgment for anything legal. Where we are unsure, it appears as a stated catch rather than as an omission. Report an error and it gets corrected, and the review date moves up.

Not a law firm and not a certification body. What is written here is researched and sourced, but it replaces neither legal advice nor a review of your actual contract. Ownership and headquarters change; the date of the last review is printed on every page that shows data.
